Cancellation by Participants: Cancellations and rebookings must be made in written or electronic form. For cancellations after March 1st, 2026, a cancellation fee of EUR 250 plus VAT will be charged. If the cancellation occurs within four weeks before the start of the event, the full participation fee is payable. A substitute participant can be named at any time free of charge.

Cancellation by the Organizer: In the case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the organizer will refund the participation fees that have already been paid. There is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses, as well as loss of earnings.
